Q = (8.1/60) = 0.135 m3 /s, cd = 0.96
a1 = (π/4)*(0.25)2 = 0.049 m2
h = 7.6 m
0.135 = 0.96*((0.049*a2)/(√0.0492 -a2 2 ))*√(2*9.81*7.6)
a2 = 0.0112 m2
